7:30am              Access to brewfest area opens

~7:30-8:30am  PUBS volunteers start setting up pop-ups, tables, banners, etc

10am                 Homebrewer competition entrants can access via staff check-in booth

                           Entrants set up jockey boxes, kegs, etc.

11am                  Lunch served

11:30am            BJCP judging starts - entries MUST be ready for collection by steward(s)

12:30pm            Brewers’ meeting – MANDATORY

1pm                   Brewfest opens to VIPs

1:30pm              Brewfest opens to attendees

                   Brewers start pouring

2:30pm              Teardown volunteers get brewfest access

3:30pm    People’s Choice voting ends & ticket counting begins

4pm                   Homebrew winners (BJCP judging & popular choice) announced 

4:30pm              Brewers stop pouring

5pm                   Brewfest closes

                           Fence Teardown starts (finish ~6pm)
