Remember the PUBS / The Monk's Cellar Collaboration Brew Day back on March 26? I’m sure those of you who were able to attend do.

For those of you who couldn’t attend: in conjunction with Christian and Andy we brewed a Hoppy Triple Belgian Ale. The proven small batch recipe was developed by PUBS members, and was taken to the next level - the commercial level!

The plan is to release the beer at The Monk’s Cellar at 5pm next Weds April 20, during Sacramento Beer Week. (240 Vernon St, Roseville)

That is the day after our Invitational Competition Awards Ceremony at Crooked Lane, so next week is going to be busy beer-wise. The release is going to be informal so please drop by and say Hi and sample the Colab beer.
